Welcome to our homely place in this quiet cul de sac street. ——- Great location! 7 min walk to trendy Church St shops, trains, buses, supermarkets, cool cafes, bars, cinemas, and 20 min stroll to Brighton Beach. ——- Share with me and my 2 small, non shedding, well mannered four legged dogs. Atmosphere is casual, quiet, relaxing, peaceful and safe. ——- Handy 100-200 mtrs to two parks. 7minutes stroll to train and buses that go to most places you'd want to go to. 7 min stroll to shops supermarkets loads of cafes bars. 20 min stroll to beach. You'll find this place is laid back and relaxing. Caring, friendly, safe neighborhood here! Shared bathroom. —— Please check in with me before arrival for final arrangements regarding check in. In any case, I'll always be in contact with you before you arrive so your check in is easy. I'll be here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Basically, though, I'll just be doing my own thing around the house, unobtrusively. I just go with the flow. Trains and buses are 7 minutes stroll away. Shops, fabulous cafe's, bars, 2 nice new large supermarkets are 10 minutes away. Just at the end of the shops in Church Street is the beach. From the beach, you'll find a fabulous bike or walking track into the city along the beach, a very pretty scenic journey. Staying in Brighton is a very nice thing to do this Summer in Melbourne. Free city tourist walks by volunteers, free city transport, tourist buses and events throughout the year. —— Cycling Melbourne is fairly flat, great for cyclists. You will notice bicycles for hire all around the place. There's always stuff to do and places to go to in Melbourne.
