Cozy double bed room in loft apartment above Rotsee lake, with small kitchen, dining area and balcony. While being in a quiet residential area, this place allows you to reach Luzerne city center within 10 minutes. Bus stops at 50 meter from the house and departs from early morning until midnight very frequently to Lucerne & Pilatus cable car. House is next to natural place of Rotsee lake. From June to September, you can have a swim in there just by 2 minutes walk! Small kitchen with dining area, with two tables, fridge and free espresso coffee. Nice balcony with beautiful view to the Rotsee lake and the sunset. Wifi, balcony, kitchen with tables and chairs, a bathroom with shower, outside Pergola place in the garden. Kitchen, balcony and bathroom are shared with one other guest room. As Lucerne natives living in the same House, we can give you good advise about the area in English, German or French. Feel free to ask us, also in advance for your trip planning! House is next to natural place of Rotsee lake, famous for its rowing world cup race each June. Hundreds of runners & walkers round the lake each day! From June to September, have a swim in the lake in the watering place "Rotsee Badi" just 2 minute walk from the house. A "Hertz" car rental is just 100 meters away. Bus line 1 stop "Hünenberg" is within 50 m from the house. From there it takes you directly to Lucerne main station, Mt. Pilatus cable car station or "Mall of Switzerland". From Zurich airport or Basel Mulhouse airport, you reach Lucerne by train within 90 minutes. Safe parking for your (motor-) bikes by the house. There is no car parking next to the house, but a free overnight public parking in the streets of the area. Daily park tickets for the streets are also available. It is recommended to travel by public transport in Switzerland. Car parking is mostly expensive, and public transport can reach nearly every spot. A Hertz car rental is just 100 meter from our house.
