There's a private swimming pool and brick BBQ as well as a table and chairs, which are shaded making it an ideal spot for alfresco dining. At the far end of the pool is a small, gated garden area that has the games tables, as well as a lawn area and a small table and chairs. Entrance Even though a car is not required there is a private parking area if you decide to hire one. From here, 6 steps lead up to the front door. Living space The open plan living area is bright and spacious. There's comfortable seating, a flat screen TV and patio doors leading out to the pool area. Adjacent is the well-equipped kitchen which has a breakfast table and there is also a separate dining area - ideal for socialising in the evening. Bedroom and bathrooms On the first floor you'll have a double bedroom with access to a private terrace, another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both sharing a large terrace, and a single bedroom. All bedrooms are bright and tastefully decorated. There is also a separate bathroom and a shower room on this floor, as well as a WC on the ground floor. Annexe The annexe has a separate entrance at the front of the house, as well as direct access to the pool, and consists of a living area with kitchenette, a double bedroom and a separate shower room. This is great for families travelling together but wanting some privacy too.
