Our little Cottage is an Annex of a typically Breton Farmhouse build in 1721 . Fully restored and renovated by us in 2018 . It sits in his own little fully fenced Garden amongst Fields and Valleys but still close to all Amenities and Places of interest. The Cottage is a self contained " Gite " with all modern facilities, to help you enjoy your stay . The Ground floor offers a Kitchen / Dining area and a cozy lounge whilst upstairs there is a large Bedroom with a double Bed and a separate Bathroom with large walk in Shower. Please note the Staircase is small and a little steep . There is a selection of Books and DVD's for you to enjoy. We are Dog friendly and please let us know when you want to bring your Pet with you. Our Garden is fully fenced and secure. Please don't let your Dog on Sofa / Bed for hygiene reasons and please don't leave your Dog unattended. Merci for your understanding. Guests have full access to the cottage and garden, which contains a small shed storing outside furniture cushions, hammock, BBQ, sun umbrella, wood for the stove and recycling bins. We love to welcome our guests and be available to answer any questions they may have, make recommendations and giving suggestions that may enhance their stay but we will stay discreet in the background not disturbing their Holidays. We now support a self check in/out service with a key lock box. The code will be given prior to your arrival when you follow our self check in Instruction via Airbnb. We living in a rural Location with the Lake Jugon just short distance away, ideal for relaxed fishing and walks . The activity Park is connected onto the Lake & Campsite. Here you have access to boat hire and Minigolf, Swimming Pool and Snack Bar. More Events and activities available during the Summertime. We have beautiful long Country walks with Wildlife and Bike routes to explore, right on your doorstep. Access to proper french living far away from the daily city stress , where the time has no meaning Our Local Bio Farm Locriac by Nassima and Raphaël, offers fresh produced Dairy Products , Cider , Juice and is just walking distance away . Dinan , Broons and Lamballe approx. . 15-20 Min Car drive away for Sight seeing and bigger Shopping . All essentials for your Daily requirements you found in Jugon ( 5 Min ) Car drive from us . Every Friday morning small Market in Jugon Village Square . Every Wednesday evening from 18.00h - 21.30 h , freshly baked Pizza by our Local Pizza Van La Comedia by Mathieu, at the Lake Activity Car Park . Thursday morning grand Market in Dinan for those that like to get up early . To visit Saint Malo and Dinard is a must to do List . From there you can get the little Ferry Boat that takes you over to St. Malo - Dinard - Cancale , so you don't need to drive and enjoy fresh Seafood right out of the Sea. E-Bikes for rental available at Jugon les Lacs Activity Nature Park 23€/Day - 100 €/ Week . Enjoy and have a great Holiday :) The nearest Airport is Dinard/Pleurtuit or Rennes ca. 35 - 45 min drive away . Ferry access to Brittany Ferries from St. Malo / Roscoff/ Caen to Portsmouth / Plymouth or Cork . We can offed 10 % off Brittany Ferries Booking ( as a guest traveller ) . TVG Trains go from Lamballe ( 20 min drive ) connecting you to Paris in approx. 2 hours . Condor Ferries to Channel Islands or UK only from St. Malo , this drive is approximately 45 min away . No public Busses are available nearby, only Taxi if you have no Car or other Transport . It would be an advantage you have your own / rented Car for getting sightseeing and around. We are able to help out with 2 older Bicycles if you want to explore the Country side or fancy a Picnic far up from all .
