Spacious Room in Georgian Townhouse

Decorated in a classic style, in keeping with the simplistic lines of a 190 year old Georgian House. There is a sofa bed for those who would like the option of sharing with a friend. There is a shared kitchen and bathroom with the other guest room and a washbasin in the room. Convenient for Theatre Royal (3mins walk) Plymouth Pavillions (5mins walk) Barbican (10 mins walk) and City Centre (5mins walk) Hoe Waterfront is 3mins walk. It's in an unique Georgian Townhouse designed by John Foulston. The house is like a tardis as from the outside it's proportions seem fairly modest but once inside, it reveals it's generous spaces. You have access to the sitting rooms as well as the guest bathroom and kitchen. There are washing machines for your use should you need to do laundry on longer stays. We are a very relaxed family and although the young ones have fled the nest, they are still regular visitors to mum's fridge and impromptu dinner guests. Our guests tend to be fairly electic and most tend to be from the Arts and have regular visits from designers, musicians, artists, theatre technicians and lecturers. I'm always happy to socialise with my guests and some have become almost part of the fold. If you prefer to be left alone, this is fine too so.
