Close to Avis and Budget depot and transport for local and Intercity travel. You have your own bathroom, lounge and bedroom on lower level. Quiet, clean, comfortable. LGBTQI friendly. Small animals welcome on request. Suitable for those with limited mobility. Reviews 4.9/5 VACCINE PASS REQUIRED. My home is a townhouse. Your area is on the lower level and I live upstairs. The space is very clean and tidy with good heating and ventilation. Your Queen bed is very comfortable with electric blanket, feather duvet and comfortable pillows. This space is set up for a single or couple but can accommodate a third person on a floor mattress in the lounge. Your bathroom is large and includes a shower and bath. Your lounge has a small kitchenette sufficient for preparing and heating light meals and refreshments. There is no stove or hot elements but a good microwave. Parking is on the street but you can park in my driveway as long as I have access in/ out of my garage. My space is shared with a young Schnauzer (Vida) and an adult cat (Frankie). This is a good stop over for visiting Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves, Hamilton Gardens, West Coast and stop overs on longer journeys. One bicycle and helmet. Sauna. Washing machine and drying lines I will be here to welcome you and orientate you to the space. I am available most times for any enquiries. I do need access to my garden and clothes line via a central passage but will endeavour to keep this to a minimum during your stay. The animals access the patio and garden via a cat door in the passage. My home is very close to amenities, train, inter- city coaches & car rental. There are green areas around me for bowling, tennis, rugby, cricket and walking. There are two large supermarkets, liquor stores, fruit and vegetable market, petrol station, Dominoes, KFC, Sushi, Subway, petrol, Speights Alehouse and Good George brewery 5 mins away. Cafes, transport, department stores and restaurants are 10 - 15 minutes away. The river is readily accessible for long walks or cycling. Seven minutes to local and Intercity buses. Trains are not frequent but I could collect you on notice. Within walking distance to Avis & Budget rental depot. I have a single cycle for use suitable for a man or average size woman. Please ENSURE FRONT DOOR IS CLOSED and locked at all times .This is a SECURITY requirement but also to PROTECT PRECIOUS ANIMALS
