My beautiful, modern studio apartment is on the bottom floor of my home and it is only 5 minutes walk from the bustling Kelvin Grove Urban Village, QUT campus and QLD Ballet Academy. Suncorp Stadium and Ballymore Stadiums are only a 20 minute stroll and the GABBA is 15 minutes by car. We are a 10 minute Uber or bus ride into the the city and Southbank Cultural Precinct and only 20 minutes from the Brisbane Airport. The Kelvin Grove market bursts into life every Saturday morning 6am-1pm. My apartment has all the comforts of home in a great location, close to the city, airport, Mt Coot-Tha, Southbank, universities, shopping centers and public transport. My apartment is a short stroll to Suncorp Stadium - perfect during footy season or if visiting to watch a concert. We are only a short taxi ride from the GABBA - home of the Brisbane Lions. We are 100m from the city bound bus line and only 15/20 minutes from the Brisbane International Airport. If you don’t have a car, there are lots of great restaurants and cafes in the Kelvin Grove/Red Hill/Newmarket areas - all within easy walking distance. The stunning Southbank Precinct is only 10 minutes away by car or bus. There you will find the Wheel of Brisbane, the River Esplanade and some of THE finest restaurants I have ever dined in!
