Outdoor parking, courtyard and studio. This accommodation is an outbuilding of our main residence. We are available when needed if you need our help. However, the housing is sufficiently equipped for you to enjoy it independently. Small village very nice near Thouars. The inhabitants maintain and tastefully restore the houses. Nearby, you will find a fortified mill, a church of the eleventh century, and the house of your host, former hunting lodge of Louis XI (but which however does not visit ...). In the hillside of the property, there is a royal dovecote today unused. The studio is located 100m from the river, ideal for fishermen. Car preferably to reach supermarkets or other larger city. Otherwise, we are in the countryside, so you can enjoy the great outdoors. Small dogs can be admitted (on request, depending on size and breed). Cats and other animals not allowed. A loving but vital Springer Spaniel lives on the spot. Non smoking accommodation. The mobile coverage of our village is "fairly average", the quality of reception is very variable depending on operators and mobiles.
