This compact self contained studio apartment is perfect for a couple or single visitor. A short stroll to one of Perths largest shopping complexs, cinema, pubs, cafes Joondalup Hospital, ECU University and much more. If you are wanting early check in or late check out it will be an extra $30. Please advise on booking if this is something you would like to do. During this COVID pandemic we are not taking any booking for guests that need to do Self Isolation or quarantine. Has 1 Double Bed with option for roll out bed. Also a small Balcony, street parking which is very close by and have a parking permit There is a share court yard with table & chairs BBQ Our office hours are 8.30-5.00 Monday to Friday. In the event of a life threatening incident you will find in the unit manual phone numbers for the Police, Ambulance and Fire department. As we do not live on the premises we hope you understand our need for down time. For any minor problems we will do the best we can to accomodate at our earliest convenience. There are 2 bike for guess to use as riding and walking track close by around Lake Joondalup There will be a $50 surcharge if rubbish bin are not put out for collection which is EVERY FRIDAY MORNING AT 7 AM . it is best to put them out on Thursday evening in front of garage by yellow line on lane way.
