2-level chalet style apartment full of character, located in the village of L'Alpe des Chaux, close to ski slopes, mountain hiking, the buzzing amenities of Villars, a few mins drive from Barboleuse and Gryon. A T-bar ski lift, just a one min drive/10 min walk is linked to Villars-Gryon-Les Diablerets. Children Under 6 ski free. Also, a free ski lift with nursery slopes and toboggan runs. Ski bus stop very close by. In the summer there is a lake for swimming. The living room has a high ceiling, large windows overlooking the beautiful mountains and a great old style fireplace that's perfect for cozy nights.  On two levels and with three bedrooms the flat can easily accommodate six people. The bathroom has both a shower and a bath, perfect for relaxing after a day out on the slopes or on the trail. The second level is accessible by a staircase as can be seen in the pics on which we installed anti slip tape for good measure. The apartment includes a kitchen equipped with all amenities you will need, such us oven, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso machine (please bring your own compatible capsules) and lots of utensils. The living area has a large and comfortable corner sofa and a cable TV with many channels including UK, French & Swiss (French/Geman/Italian). Up the road, as part of the complex, there is also a laundry room equipped with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers operated with coins. A small balcony offers outdoor space to sit, relax and admire the stunning views and sunsets. The complex also has lots of green spaces to sit outside privately. Please note that stairs to the second level are a bit steep as can be seen in the pics. Electricity, heating and WiFi are included in the price and there is a private parking space allocated to the flat. Bed linen and towels can be supplied at an extra cost of £20 per person per stay. We welcome one pet (by prior arrangement) at a cost of £25 per week. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms. We ask that they not be left for long periods in the apartments alone We kindly ask you to remove your shoes in the entrance porch, do not to smoke in the flat and leave the space as you found it for the enjoyment of other guests. We understand accidents happen. Please clean up as best you can and let us know. If you break something please replace it if you can, if not, let us know. There is a mandatory tourist tax which if you pay it you also get free access to loads of amenities in the area. Once this is done you will receive the code to the key safe and can start your amazing holiday. Apologies for this precaution but unfortunately it is necessary
