Sacourieu's little cottage

The liitle cottage is an independent building, calm and bright, extended by a large private balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. It has an equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The little cottage is an old attic built in the 19th century to store grain, cured meats and other food. Today, this space brings together calm and serenity to recharge your batteries from a sometimes hectic life. The interior fittings and furnishings, made by local artists in different species of wood (chestnut, plane tree, oak, cedar ...) give the house incomparable charm and comfort. The materials used are natural and ecological. The house has good quality wifi access. There are many remarkably restored and pleasant villages around: Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val (12 km), Cordes-sur-Ciel (16 km), Castelnau-de-Montmiral (18 km), Caylus (25 km), Puycelsi (26 km). Gaillac is 25 km away. Albi, a city listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, is 40 km away. I welcome holidaymakers so that everyone feels "at home". My presence is discreet. My welcome is warm. COVID: distancing will be respected during arrivals, departures and other possible exchanges (wearing of masks and disposable gloves). Vaour, located in the heart of the Gorges de l'Aveyron and on the edge of the Grésigne forest, offers numerous possibilities for discovery on foot, on donkey back or on horseback. Water sports, canoeing and swimming in the river or as part of a leisure center, are accessible within 10 km. The diversity of the landscapes opens up countless spaces for hiking around the village or a few kilometers away. The towns of Gaillac (26 km), Caussade (32 km), Albi (45 km), Montauban (45 km) and Toulouse (85 km) are served by train. The nearest airport is Toulouse-Blagnac, 90 km away. At the beginning of August, each year takes place the "Festival de l'Eté de Vaour" which generates more entertainment than the rest of the year.
