Holiday home with stunning view of Freshwater East

Stunning views over the very popular and safe beach of Freshwater East (dog friendly), 3 miles from the historic town of Pembroke. The 2 bedroom annexe is fully self contained, homely and secluded with private entrance, off street parking for one car, large garden and direct access to the coast path and beach via a private path from the garden. A walkers paradise, perfect for a family. A stunning location with incredible views to simply sit and relax with a cold drink. Freshwater East is safe, sheltered 1/2 mile golden sandy beach. Behind the beach are sand dunes which have many tracks and paths to walk and explore. There is a village pub 5 doors down from our property and further down the road at the bottom of the valley is a holiday park with a bar and restaurant. Only a few miles from the popular town of Tenby. 10 mins walking from the property is a bus stop for a local bus. This bus is called the coastal cruiser and does a round trip stopping at various local villages. The time table will available. The beach is within walking distance or by car, parking is in the car park (charge). The property is a self contained lower level of a larger duplex. The front half is occupied by my parents. The only shared area is the front garden path which leads to the private access of the holiday cottage. There are two friendly dogs in the grounds. The property sits in a secluded 1/3rd of an acre with no overlooking neighbours.
