Casa Sur Carrapateira - Carrapateira Beach House

Beautiful modern duplex with two dormitories in the traditional Village of Carrapateira, 20 meters away from the church. It sleeps up to 6 people, even thought it is ideal for 4. The apartment disposes of free wifi, Satelite TV a complete kitchen with oven, dishwasher etc, basically everything you need to spend a wonderful holidays in this beautiful and quiet area. On the ground floor there is a living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect to prepare your own breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a sofa bed for up two people in the living room. On the first floor are a beutiful bathroom with a bathtub, and two dormitories, one with a big double bed, and the other one with a bunk bed. Each dormitory has a small balcony. Outside of the house is a pedestrian zone and we have a bench just in front of the house where you can enjoy the sun almost all day. The duplex is situated in the center of the village, around 50 metres away from the village plaza . It is also not far from the beaches of Bordeira and Amado. Carrapateira is very nice and traditional Portuguese fishing village. It still mantains its character. The surrounding beaches, Praia do Amado and Praia da Bordeira are still virgin. It is no a party place, even thought in summer there is sometimes a bit of ambience on the village square. There are a couple of good resturants, some cafes/bars, a small supermarket and some surf shop in the village. A big supermarket and pharmacy in Vila do Bispo. There is a plenty of free parking spaces, not far from the apartment. Theere is no efficient public transport to get to Carrapateira from Faro Airport, even thought it is posiible but time consuming). It is convenient to rent a car in Faro. it is a very idyllic place for a perfect Holiday! Ideal also for surfing, Kitesurfing, trekking, electric bikes and enjoying the lovely unspoilt beaches.
