1 DBL Bed Annex + DBL Sofa Bed + Kitchen + Parking

Our annex has a double bedroom, with bathroom (shower, toilet and sink), kitchen and parking for 1 car. In addition, the lounge area has an L-shape sofa that is also a (small) double bed. We’re in a great location for lovely walks as we are close to Cuffley and Broxbourne woods and the River Lea. Additionally, we are close to London (20 mins from Cheshunt or 40 mins from Cuffley to Kings X). There is a 4 bedroom house available on a separate listing. Whilst staying with us, guests are welcome to park on the driveway, and make use of the front garden, however, the rear garden is private. Guests are welcome to park on the drive, however, the main house garden is private. Whilst staying with us, you are free to use the kitchen in the annex, including an electric oven, hob, fridge and washing machine. We’re on hand if you need us, however, as the annex is detached you’re free to come and go as you please We’re close to Goffs Oak and Cuffley villages, Cheshunt, Brookfield shopping centre, Hoddesdon, Ware and Hertford. 20 minutes from London. 5 minutes from A10 & M25 and close to M1, M11 and A1 The house is in a quiet area but has plenty of places to go within 10-15 minutes and just 20 minutes from London (fast train from Cheshunt). There are a number of good pubs & restaurants and plenty of activities for kids a short drive away. Although we’re within walking distance of Goffs Oak, Cuffley and Cheshunt, the best way to get around is either by bike, car, taxi or public transport.
