You’ll love my place because of the cosiness, the location and great value for money. An excellent base for those visiting Newcastle for work, holiday or catching up with family & friends. Nb wi fi is not great. Glenrock State Recreation area, Newcastle‘a best mountain bike trails, are nearby 🚲 Your self-contained suite is on the ground floor of my house with it’s own private entrance, on street parking is readily available. It is suitable for solo travellers and people in Newcastle for work. You have your own private bathroom complete with toilet and shower and a comfortable double bed to sleep in. Perfect for: -Solo travellers - Solo workers in Newcastle for short stays -Surfers - Mountain Bikers -Those visiting family and friends -People attending functions at Surf House / The Beaches Your own suite with private entrance, no access to my upstairs home, or kitchen facilities. There is a small fridge, kettle, tea and coffee making facilities and a microwave for your convenience. I enjoy meeting the majority of my guests, as I am an on-site host living in the house upstairs with my family. I am available to answer questions and give you tips on Merewether and Newcastle. Merewether is Newcastle’s best beachside suburb, it is a suburban street and has a relaxed lifestyle, quiet, safe and great to live here. After your morning walk/swim/surf, choose from one of the excellent beach cafes for a coffee, all within a 10 minute walk from the apartment. Best accessible by car. There is a lot of good cycling routes nearby, so bring your bikes! As this is part of my primary residence, only those guests registered in the booking are able the suite. Strictly no visitors. Please note our dog, Ralph, lives on the property, he is friendly but please be sensible when approaching him, he’s a big part of our family.
