The main bedroom has a double bed with smart flat screen t.v., dressing table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is also a hairdryer for guests convenience. Also upstairs is newly fitted fully tiled bathroom with bath and shower above. The kitchen has usual oven and hob, microwave kettle, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, breakfast bar with 2 stools and wall mounted smart flat screen television. There is a further eating area with table and 4 chairs. The living room has a modern electric fire, wall mounted smart flat screen t.v., leather sofa and the house is central heated and double glazed throughout. Street parking outside is on a first come basis but there is further parking on the road adjacent. Rear garden with rear decking area On hand as we live close by and hope to meet all guests. Less than 4 miles from junction 4 of M53 motorway, under 10 miles to Liverpool city centre and 12 miles from Chester race course and the lovely city of Chester. Just 45 minutes by car to Liverpool and Manchester Airports There is a Sainsbury's convenient store, Ethiopian restaurant and Harvest Mouse Pub within 5 minutes walking distance. Heswall centre is a bit further away and has a number of good restaurants and shops as well as a Tesco supermarket and Marks and Spencer Simply Food. It has good public transportation with Heswall train station close by. There are also buses which go directly into Liverpool from Heswall. Heswall has its own golf club, Wirral Way which is great for cyclists, walking and bird watching and leads to Wirral Country Park which is an area of outstanding beauty. Chester Zoo is approximately 25 minutes away by car. Decorated to a very good standard. Very cosy.
