12th Tee BnB!

Located in Beautiful Bargara, just outside Bundaberg, near the beach, Shops, Cafes, the regions best Restaurants, and the local supermarket, we are on the 12th Tee of the local Golf Course with direct access! 12th Tee BnB offers exclusive Bed and Breakfast, purpose built to create a calm and refreshing environment for you to relax in your own space! You have Tea and Nespresso Coffee and a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, Wi-Fi and FLAT SCREEN TV all to yourself! Also you have your own en-suite, and bedroom with a king sized super comfy bed, all with basic toiletries, linen, iron and ironing board provided for your use. The Suite's are all yours! There is private keyed access, and on site parking for your peace of mind. No Sharing anything for you, perfect for corporate guests or sinlge's that like their privacy. You book it, it's yours to use. We are available most days onsite, and when we aren't onsite we are contactable on the reservations numb (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) for any assistance, tips, or local knowledge requests! Bargara is a beautiful Seaside Community with many activities both in nature and otherwise available! For example the Championship Golf Course is at our Front Door hence our name The "12th Tee" BnB and Villas! Many walking tracks and Bicycle tracks are available, we are on the southernmost tip of the Great Barrier Reef so you can walk straight off our Beach and Dive / Snorkel on the Reef and see a load of sea life for FREE!! Directly across the golf course is a bus stop which runs hourly during the day and covers the whole Bundaberg area. Otherwise Taxi's are plentiful. Breakfast is available for $19 per person per day, please be sure to request this optional add on upon booking. A basic welcome breakfast is Complimentary and in your Suite upon arrival including Juice, Milk, Tea, Coffee and Cereals. Pets are welcome UPON REQUEST, we make special efforts with our four legged friends, so this incurs a $20 per suite fee. If pets are found onsite, and we have not been notified/ allowed the $20 option to set up, a full night's accommodation will be required to cover excess cleaning of soft furnishings and carpets. Also we do not do poop, if we have "deposits" left on the grass extra fees will be allocated to your account.
