Happy Stay Seoul 3 (Home Stay- Female Only)

Our apartment is located at center of Seoul, near Dongdaemun, 10th floor. My house is 230 square meter, have 5 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, kitchen, big living room looks like cafe, so visitors could use living room as freely at any time. Host can speak English, Chinese, Japanese, so there is no problem to communicate. Consist of one Double-bed room(2 persons), two bunk bed rooms (2 persons). Subway station line #1(Jegidong Station) is right next to the house, just 1~2 minutes on foot. This room is consist of bunk-bed. There is a bathroom in front of this room which is used with double bed room's guest. 24 hours available hot water and free wi-fi. Use automatic key (called doorman) feel free to access house. This room is more suitable for mother and daughter, friends, business tripper. Visitors can use kitchen, living room, washing machine, microwave, electric toaster, etc. Since there is a Sauna in the basement, you can enjoy Korean culture of Sauna. Living room looks like a cafe, there are big table and many chairs, you can always use there freely. Host can speak Chinese, English, Japanese, so there is no problem for communication between guests and host. It is also a place where you can meet many friends from all over the world. We are living with guests together, so if you need any help, we can help you in time. Besides，for visitors privacy, we prepared partition and private locker. Besides, host have had 3 years experience of tour guide, so could introduce to guests many of Korean tourist spots. and also drive to duty free shop for shopping. There is a Naksan Gongwon Park which can enjoy wonderful views of Seoul while strolling near my house. Also very near from Daehakno and Dongdaemun DDP, Cheonggyecheon Stream, Dongdaemun market, Lotte Mart, ect. It takes 10~15 minutes to most famous attractions in Seoul and duty free shop in downtown, very comfortable to access there. AREX(Airport Express Train): After arrival Seoul Station, transfer subway line #1(청량리 direction), get off at JegidongStation(제기동역) , and get out through exit 1 (ther is an elivator), go straight 1 minute, at the Doosan Bears Tower(두산 베어스 타워), walk along that building to the right, there is a gate for only apartment residents. (**When you get out exit 1, you can't miss my place, 두산 베어스 타워) Airport Limousine: At Incheon Airport gate 5B,11B take 6002 limousine, get off at Yongdudong Sageri(cross road) (용두동사거리), after crossing a crosswalk to the left, and once more cross to the right, and go straight 2 minutes. After arrival of Doosan Bears Tower(두산 베어스 타워), you can find a gate for only Apartment residents at the behind of that building. (** When you get off the Bus, you can't miss my place, 두산 베어스 타워) My house is facing south, sunny enough in here. There are many chairs and big table for guests, let them use freely like a cafe. Host is very kind and friendly, so if you once here, you certainly come again. * 07:30 ~ 09:30 Continental Breakfast (bread, milk, egg, jam, coffee etc.)
