The bakehouse, at the heart of nature

At the heart of the Quercy, in a village located in the Causses nature reserve, I welcome you to my family home, in a wide space of more than 1 hectare. Its former mill, bakehouse and house will surely inspire you. The former bakehouse has been refurbished into a bedroom with a shower and sink. (possibility to add a 1-place bed for a young child or baby for 10€/night extra) A (composting) toilet is located just outside the room. Possibility to take your shower (if you dare) in the garden, where an outside shower has been installed (among the stars) Free car park available. Swimming pool access shared with the owners. Breakfast is served in the shade of the trees (when it rains, in the room or in the main house) Wifi access to the internet is possible in the main house. For extended stays, possibility to use the kitchen, fridge and washing machine in the main house (please get in touch with me!) I will be staying in the main house, to welcome you and prepare your breakfast. I was born in the area, and will gladly advise you what to do in the area. (Rocamadour, Padirac's cave, Saint-Cirq Lapopie, Lacave caves, hiking trails...) Nature and peacefulness will undeniably the greatest qualities of your stay. Nearby villages and nature walks are remarkable. From the A20, exit 56, follow Figeac for 13kms, then turn right towards Quissac for 4kms. Continue towards Espédaillac for 300m, then turn right towards Le Pech d'Escars (just before exiting Quissac). Carry on 300m up to the mill (on your left). From any other direction, feel free to leave me a message! The composting toilet is (just) outside the room, and is private.
