Your holiday home has an open plan living area with a modern kitchen and double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Opening onto a patio with garden table and chairs for outside dining on those warm sunny evenings. Self-catering or No-catering the choice is yours. On site is a very popular tea room serving a tempting array of home made soups, sandwiches, cakes and scones. Guest have full use of the garden. Guests will collect the keys, after which you can have as little or as much contact with the owner as you wish. The Garden apartment has its own separate entrance and is completely self contained. Remember we are always available to offer advice and help if you need it. The Wishing Well is in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just a short walk to the Southdowns and the Long Man of Wilmington. Ideal for a visit to Alfriston, Wilmington, Glyndebourne Opera House or for Walking the Southdowns National Park. Brighton and Lewes are nearby. Explore the many beautiful gardens and National Trust houses in the area. Unless you are on a walking or cycling holiday it is advisable to bring your car. However if you do decide to come by train, Polegate station is 2 miles away and taxi's are always available. On-site is a very popular tea room serving a tempting array of homemade soups, sandwiches, cakes, and scones. There is also a very good food pub in the village. For the more adventurous cook there is an excellent farm shop nearby.
