House 200m from Lake Geneva

I rent a room of 12m2 with private shower room with complete privacy, a heavy curtain separating that space from the apartment. There is wifi and a TV with 400 channels. Small fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, cups, glasses and cutlery are available to take breakfast and mini-meals independently. There is no access to the kitchen of the apartment which is non-smoking. A lovely female cat lives in the apartment. The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a small building overlooking Lake Geneva (200m) and the Alps. The rented room overlooks trees and faces the Jura. The building has an elevator and there is a public parking at 20m. The free parking lot of the Aldi and Otto's stores is close by and you can leave the car there without any problem. The Etoy train station is a 5-7 minute walk away and a small local train takes you to either to Lausanne or to Allaman where you can take the train to Geneva. There are also local buses. Being retired, I am available for any information you may need.
