Beautiful setting overlooking the river Strat and fields. Lovely Juliette balcony to admire the views in the main bedroom. Spacious modern living area to relax in with large screen TV. Two beautiful bedrooms, one double with TV and one twin both with plenty of storage. Lovely modern hi spec bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. Access through the main building door up 1 flight of stairs to apartment entrance. Security camera and system in place. Although I don’t live in the area I am always available on the telephone or by email. Local maintenance/cleaning company are also available to help. Situated in the historical village of Stratton. Beautiful typical Cornish village with 2 pubs, village store and historical church. 5 minute drive to Bude town centre and beaches. To explore the North Cornwall coast it’s advisable to have a car. A private parking space is provided right outside the property. Although there are lovely coastal walks in the area and it’s a 25 minute walk into the town and to Crooklets & Summerleaze beaches. 1-2 well behaved small to medium sized dogs are welcome. I would just ask for an additional £20 per week per dog for the extra cleaning.
