La Maison Bleue, NF Room 4

Relax As Hard As You Like. La Maison Bleue, is around 160 years old set in the small hamlet of La Fachie a couple of km from Exideuil which is situated in the Charente, now part of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region in the west of France 48 km from Angouleme. The house set in its own land with small out buildings. There are outside tables with seats and a parasol also with a bbq to enjoy your meals . 4 bedrooms and can sleep 9 people. The house has a calming quality about it. Just let your stress go and relax. You can walk straight out of the house and explore the local area via the country lanes. The lakes for swimming are approximately 10km away. But the coast is around 2 hours drive. The bedrooms are supplied with bedding, pillows and two towels per person, if you want to bring your favourite pillow then feel free. There are plenty of kitchen pots and pans and there is an iron , washing machine and a dishwasher in the Utility Room. In the Kitchen there is a separate Breakfast Table, the cooker is induction and there is a large American fridge freezer with chilled filtered water and an ice dispenser .There are Italian cream leather sofas in the lounge with some nice period furniture and original oil and watercolour paintings throughout the house,, In the Dining Room the owners own photographs have been showcased for your interest, there are many interesting books for your perusal and also DVDs and board games,,,, There are four spacious bedrooms the two main ones have original fireplaces. Im living on site so if you have any questions im available Its good to bike ride straight from the house. Land is big enough to pitch a tent
