A Welsh cottage on a rural country lane.

Down a country lane sits a 180+ year old cottage restored by myself since 2013. Placed at the foot of the Black Mountains and Brecon National Park, wonderful views of mountains and countryside from the back garden. Close to the market town Ammanford, Llanelli and Swansea. Traditional cottage with beams, interior stone walls and fire place. Bedroom includes king-size memory foam mattress, wardrobe and drawers. Ideal for hikers, site-seeing, get aways to the countryside. LGBTQ friendly. My cottage is one room wide, with windows to the front and rear. Rear views to garden and mountains / village of Garnant in the distance. Smart TV in the room, with Netflix included and catch up TV. Pet on property is only one cat. Guest room and (shared) bathroom, shared living room when empty or by request to join, kitchen, dining area and garden More than happy for guests to enjoy their own space and time, make use of Netflix & catch up TV in their bedroom. I'm happy for guests to bring a bottle of wine if they like, join me to watch tv and socialise in the evenings, if I'm here. I live in Tir-Syr-Walter which is a small collection of houses and cottages on a country lane as part of Garnant in Carmarthenshire. A peaceful, rural location in the Welsh countryside there is a bus service at the end of the road to Ammanford which then links to Llanelli, Swansea etc I'd like guests to feel at home from home, enjoy their visit to the area and my cottage.
