Rural location with two beautiful guest rooms

Large double room with ensuite overlooking the garden on the ground floor of a grade 2 listed property. This is a converted barn in an idyllic private rural location. There is also a small single bedroom available with desk and private access to a shower room across the hall. On the first floor is the living space and kitchen. Parking for one car. use of lounge and kitchen facilities. There is a private courtyard accessed from the kitchen with an outside sofa. Tiling is a work in progress but you are welcome to use this space (it is a sun trap during the day). The front garden is communal so only have access to my section (as per photo and in line with the house). I will be available to meet all guests on arrival so please advise of approx. arrival time. Since the pandemic I will not be staying at the property but therefore will need to ask you to feed the rabbit if you do not mind or I can return daily to feed him. This is a situated within a private estate. You have access to my garden but not access to the grounds of the estate. There are several properties surrounding the barn which is at the end of a terrace (2 cottages next door). One allocated parking space. This is a lovely peaceful location
