Luxury, large en-suite bedroom in a beautiful countryside property, with professional check-in service. Our home is calm and welcoming, in an idyllic location whilst being close to excellent road and rail connections for Leicester, Coventry and Birmingham. The room is comfortable and well equipped, and perfect for individuals or couples travelling or working in the Midlands. Your room is equipped with a super king-size bed, with luxury Tempur adjustable mattress and hotel-quality bedding. Tea and coffee making facilities (including a Nespresso machine and capsules) are provided in the room, along with comfortable seating, storage and excellent wifi. A range of toiletries are provided in your en-suite shower room. A light breakfast is offered each morning, and depending on the time of year home-grown vegetables, flowers, honey and fresh eggs may be available. We are always happy to try and accommodate extra requests or make arrangements for special occasions: please just let us know at the time of booking. Off-road parking is available for all guests. In good weather, you are welcome to relax on the patio to enjoy the beautiful view and local wildlife. Guests arriving during weekday day times will usually be met by our award-winning, professional check-in service, who are pleased to provide any assistance they can to help you settle in. We will be home every evening and at weekends. A contact number is provided for any queries when we are not at home. Our friendly dog Enid will look forward to meeting you. We also have ducks, chickens and bees at the property, although these are separate from guest areas. Our dog walker comes most week days around the middle of the day. Our house is the only property down a single track lane, which turns into a bridle path once you reach the house. There are stunning walks directly from the front door, and the house is located on the famous Leicestershire Round walking route. Burbage Common is a five minute walk across fields. Local amenities (shops, pub, bus stops) are all available in nearby Hinckley, Barwell and Burbage, within 15-20 minutes walk or a few minutes drive. Despite our countryside location, the house is well connected: Coventry and Leicester with its amazing Richard III history are both within 30 minutes drive, with Birmingham and Nottingham around 45 minutes drive away. We're particularly well situated for both the Triumph Factory Visitor Experience and Mallory Park racing circuit, both of which are just a ten minute drive away.
