The main house has 2 bedrooms. The main has disability access and rails in the ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has access to the 3 way bathroom, toilet , shower and bath. It boasts a spacious open plan living/dining area and an open kitchen with gas smeg oven and qualitiy appliances including dishwasher and microwave, all overlooking the water with large opening windows and a breakfast bar. The 2nd dwelling has 2 bedrooms. Perfect kids retreat or for a 2nd family. There is a 3 way bathroom with shower and large deck area. Bring your basketball for some hoops with the state of the art Gorilla hoop. The home has a Premium Whole House BioPure Filtration System which guarantees the best filtered water for not only drinking but to shower in. The filter removes bacteria, chlorine, chemicals, heavy metals, VOC’s, herbicides, pesticides, bad taste, bad odours, radiation and more. We provide low and no tox essentials for you to use while you are here. These include toothpaste, shampoo and conditioner and body wash from the beautiful Modere range. There are several adult/teen size bikes for you to use. We simply ask that you secure them each night and look after them as they were your own. If there is any issues with the bikes such as loose chains or flat tyres, let us know so they can be fixed. Due to island living , the bikes are basic and the sea air gives them a hard time. But they do the job of getting you from a to b. We back onto Couran Cove Resort but the resort hasn’t regained its full operating hours since covid so you can not rely on restaurants or food supplies. So bring all of your own. The massive deck has an outdoor bar fridge and bbq that overlooks the wide bay where you will see jumping fish and quite possibly sting rays and the occassional visiting dolphins. This is strictly not a party house and we only allow families that want to enjoy the peace and beauty that the island has to offer. No pets are allowed, unless you ask permission and it’s a small house pooch and children need to be fully supervised as there is direct access to the beachfront. Please respect our strictly no smoking policy and adhere to the recycling and regular rubbish bins. A $50 fee will be charged if we find cigarette butts . As our power is island generator operated, please be mindful of power usage and turn off lights when not in use. As there is no shops on the island, come fully stocked. Water taxi from Sanctuary Cove Marina if you dont have your own boat. On the island, the only transport you will need is via bikes. The bikes are basic due to island living Please note: There is NO road access to the island. If you dont have your own boat, a water taxi is the mode of transport.
