The accommodation is situated in the vibrant coastal town of Falmouth - one of the South West's leading cultural and festival destinations. You will be within walking distance of of independent shops, traditional pubs, cocktail bars and restaurants. Not to mention the golden sandy beaches and coastal path. The main bedroom upstairs hosts two twin beds which can be easily positioned together to make a Queen Size Bed for a couple. A travel cot can also fit into the bedroom. The living area downstairs hosts an extremely comfortable brand new double sofa bed suitable for a single person or couple. The bathroom is light and modern. It is attached to the main bedroom upstairs. One dog only at our discretion. Please bring your furry friend's bed and bowls. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cooking pots etc. The property was renovated in its entirety in early 2020. The garden attached enjoys a good deal of sunshine and has a table, two chairs and also two sun loungers. The hot tub is in the garden. Guests will have full use of the private accommodation space and garden with their own keys. Guests need to arrive at Magnolia House, 11 Western Terrace and provide a time for arrival 24 hours before. Guests will then be shown their accommodation, provided with keys and any questions answered. Guests will have total privacy. However I will be available throughout the stay for any questions. Organic Breakfast items are available to purchase. Holistic Therapies can be booked on arrival. The accommodation is set in a residential area with a mix of families, couples and students. The area is welcoming and friendly with free on-street parking. Please avoid parking on Marlborough Road where possible as it can be a struggle for local residents to park. There is a local convenience shop 5 mins walk. We do not accept hen or stag parties. The emphasis here is firmly on peace, relaxation and fun with upmost respect to our fantastic and supportive neighbours. There is free on-street parking. Where possible avoid Marlborough Road which can be a difficult area for parking. You can walk into the centre of town in ten to fifteen minutes and similarly for the main beach at Gyllngvase. Taxi companies are cheap and local. My name is Natasha and my partner and I kindly stayed with Leonie and Neil during the third lockdown in 2021 as we could not return home unfortunately as it was unsafe. We can therefore vouch for the fact the accommodation is spacious, wonderfully decorated, cute, and easily feels like home. The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen is a dream, and the location is perfect (not too far from town, but not too close either). Leonie, your host, is wonderful. She has masterfully balanced being there for us and providing anything we need while also giving us total privacy! Staying here was such a nurturing experience during a difficult time, as Leonie is also a trained holistic therapist and offers amazing massages at great prices! We were so sad to leave when lockdown eased and we were able to move. We didn't want to say goodbye! Please do yourselves a favour and book this place for your next trip to Fal, you won’t regret it!
