A large room with Queen bed in a 3 bedroom unit, moments walk to 3 different modes of public transport (closest is the ferry!). Short walk to Neutral Bay Village or Kirribilli for plenty of cafes restaurants and supermarkets. Friendly neighbours, safe boutique block of 4, large washer/dryer. Access to room, shared bathroom, laundry, and basic kitchen. Appreciate guests notifying when arrived and if they are planning to be home or up early outside of requested quiet hours of 11pm-7am The ferry is only minutes walk away, the bus stop 6 minutes, the train station 12 minutes, or to walk across the harbour bridge to the city takes only 35 mins! So many options!
