The Studio - close to river, beach and Fremantle

Our self-contained studio flat is located in the garden alongside our house. It is comfortable and full of character, with lots of living space. There is a bathroom and simple kitchen with everything you need. The studio opens onto a private courtyard, where our eccentric but lovely old dog may hang out. Our street is quiet, residential but 2 mins walk to shops, parks, bus to Fremantle (4.5km away) and Perth city. 10 mins walk to Swan river, 10 mins drive to freo and cottesloe beach. You have a private courtyard but are welcome to enjoy our garden which surrounds the studio and our house. The studio is totally private and separate from the house, but we are here to help you with any queries you may have about your time in Perth. Palmyra is an old suburb approximately 4.5 kilometres from Fremantle and was established around 100 years ago for people who worked there. It is full of wooden cottages like ours, and is now much sought after by young families. There are shops, cafes and parks about five minutes walk from us and the beautiful Bicton Baths swimming area on the Swan River is ten minutes walk away. We are located about two minutes walk from the local bus to Fremantle and to the city. There is parking in the street outside our house. You are welcome to help yourself to basic pantry items provided, should you arrive tired and hungry on your first day.
