Die 86 Quadratmeter Wohnung befindet sich in einem eleganten, historischem Gebäude im Herzen von Wien. Durch die tolle Lage kann man gemütlich durch die Gassen Wien's schlendern und die Stadt erkunden Bitte beachten: 4ter Stock ohne LIFT! • Das Apartment besteht aus einem wunderschönen, großen Wohnzimmer mit großem TV und sehr, sehr gemütlichen Schlafcouch für zwei und einer kleinen privaten Büchersammlung. Die Couch ist sehr bequem und lädt ein ein paar Stunden darauf zu verbringen, ein Buch zu lesen oder einfach bei einem Glas Rotwein zu entspannen. • Die voll ausgestattete Küche bietet alles um dein Lieblingsgericht zuzubereiten und vielleicht auch mal einen abend zu Hause zu relaxen. • In der Wohnung gibt es zwei private Schlafzimmer mit jeweils echten Betten für zwei Personen. • Das Badezimmer besteht aus einer gemütlchen Badewanne, Waschmaschine und Waschbecken. • Gratis WIFI ist in der ganzen Wohnung verfügbar. • Handtücher und Bettzeugs wird von uns frisch zu Verfügung gestellt. • Ein Supermarkt (Billa) ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt. It is spacious, well equipped, clean and what is more important, there are practically no neighbors. Shop just across the street where you can get your essentials. It is situated in a historic and elegant building in the very heart of Vienna just behind the town hall and next to the Univerity of Vienna and Burgtheater. THE SPACE: The apartment is very bright and comfortable, all necessary amenities are available for you. It is perfect for up to 6 people who want to relax or work, stay in the city center but still have full privacy and peace. The apartment is on the 4th floor accessible only by stairs. • The apartment consists of a beautiful, large living room, large TV with Netflix and a sleeping couch for two and a little private library. The couch is very cozy and invites you to spend a few hours there and read a book or watch TV. You also have a working desk in the living room, so you can create your own home office space. • The fully equipped kitchen offers you the chance to prepare your favorite dish and relax at home. • The apartment has two private bedrooms, one with King-size and one with a queen-size bed. • In the bathroom are a bathtub, a washing machine, and a separate lavatory. • Free Wi-Fi is provided throughout the apartment. • All necessary towels and bed linens are always provided fresh and clean! • The grocery store Billa is across the street 2 min walk away.
