You will reach Villa Vinile without having to climb any steps. Because of the road close to the villa, some traffic noise can be heard. To stay at Villa Vinile you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. Patio The patio is 60 square meters (645 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs and with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a wood-fired pizza oven. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Ground Floor Living Room 1 The furnishings of the living room are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is a small fireplace. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a six-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has three windows with a view of the patio and of the surrounding vineyards. Bathroom 1 The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub with shower wand. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room. First Floor Living Room 2 The furnishings of the living room are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room has two windows with a view of the greenery. Bedroom 1 You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. Bedroom 2 You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace through a French door. The room also has a window. Bathroom 2 The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. Available upon request: baby bed. To be paid at the property: final cleaning EUR 50.00. Available for a fee, if desired: heating (when needed) EUR 10.00/day. Tourist tax: From April 1 to October 31: EUR 1.00 per person per night for the first 10 nights. Guests aged under 10 are exempt. Upon arrival the property manager will ask you to pay a security deposit of EUR 100, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you prior to your departure minus any extra charges or accidental damages to the property.
