Amazing Oasis ~ two blocks from historic Milford.

Location, location, location - and incredible bathroom that includes a spa shower with steam sauna/colored lights/WIFI/ and shower with rainfall or 6 back jets. And a giant tub that has 6 jets, and continues to heat when the jets are on! (Each sanitized after each use!) A backyard oasis, beautiful trees, very private, lots of hawks and wildlife. Park on the parking pad or tons of roomy street parking. A natural hideaway - yet just 2 - 3 blocks from some of the best restaurants and shopping! Terrific beautiful getaway, very private and serene. Lots of room, great new kitchen remodel with quartz counters and a breakfast bar / coffee maker and espresso / cappuccino machine. 2 fireplaces inside. Desk room with a great view out the front windows. Wonderful spa bathroom with sauna shower and heated jetted tub. Triple tier deck with 3 seating areas and outdoor fireplace. 2 guests together share the 2nd bedroom. Up to 2 additional gusts for a small fee: plenty of room on the massive couch for both, or 1 on the couch, 1 in the front room on the convertible sofa. Sheets. blankets and pillows all included of course! Deluxe private bedroom with private shower and bath (almost exclusively; we each use once a day briefly around your schedule, but we use the half bath for everything else). You can use the fridge and microwave, but no cooking. Oven meals or toast, LOL? We will gladly assist so you can make what you'd like within reason. The living room and family room you are welcome to enjoy. If you'd like a fire in either room or outside, just ask and usually no problem...if it's wet or hot - we will do our best to accommodate. But always free S'mores with Hershey's and Annie's Organic graham crackers! We also loved fresh popped popcorn & will always make a batch for you if requested. 55" TV in your room and 70" TV in family room = loaded with streaming channels (and local channels in the family room). We will be as interactive or invisible as you want. We've got great advice on local places if you'd like. So peaceful, serene, quiet. Lovely homes, huge trees, sidewalks and bike trails everywhere! Delightful! Very walkable and bikable area, bike next to the little Miami River. Canoe or kayak just 2 miles away past our downtown area. Walk 2 - 4 blocks to: a rooftop bar / brewery, many restaurants, wood fired pizza, ice cream parlor, fresh donuts and candy shops. 10 minutes to anything you need. 20-25 minutes to downtown, Covington & Newport. Security system, we'll give you a remote to de-activate. Coffee maker / coffee press and percolator kettle, along with an espresso / cappuccino machine for your use.
