High speed NBN and Netflix & Stan available to those who have a laptop and/or smartphone to connect to the large screen TV. DVD player included. A single bed as well as day bed. Add $20 per night for additional guest. Add $20 for single night stays. You can come and go as you please of course. As your host living in a separate part of the building I will respect your privacy. You might see me around the place maintaining the garden or other things. I’m available to help with any information not included in the guide provided and assist with directions to find shops, cafes and restaurants. I live next door and respect the privacy of guests. Adjacent Fitzroy Quiet and friendly neighbourhood close to the parklands and aquatic centre which is a ten minute walk. Close to regular bus service G10 on Prospect Road to CBD and Railway at Ovingham I’m available to answer any questions guests may have. Items such as ironing board and BBQ for use on the East facing veranda are available - please ask :)
