Victorian Maisonette Llanfairfechan FamilyFriendly
Our early Victorian Maisonette is misleadingly spacious! The large sash windows look out onto the Village at the front of the property and out onto the garden and river at the back of the property. The large kitchen-dining room is an excellent space to entertain guests with one of a kind pieces of furniture and upcyled treasures. The property is ideally located for both the seaside and the Snowdonia National Park. Our Victorian maisonette is situated in the centre of Llanfairfechan which is ideally located for the beach and Snowdonia National park. Although advertised as a Flat, the Maisonette is very spacious and comes with complete access to the garden which is not shared with the basement flat (apart from through access). If travelling with dogs or children, the garden is considered secure and has direct access to the house, straight out the front door. The river can be heard from the back of the house all year round. If followed, it will take you down to the nearby beach which is a 12 minute walk away. A 20 minute walk inland takes you right into Snowdonia National Park and the Nant Y Coed nature reserve. The Maisonette is a period property that we live in when it is not being rented out and we have been rennovating it ourselves since 2015 so please excuse the rustic floor boards and squeaky but original sash windows! Guests will have access to the whole house and garden. There is a private entrance and hallway on the ground floor. The stairs lead straight up from the hall to the first floor living area (kitchen-diner, livingroom and shower room). The bathroom and both bedrooms are on the second floor. Self-check in, however, will be a 20 minute drive away and contactable via email and phone if guests require any assistance during their stay.
