My comfortable home overlooks Lake Karapiro with superb, uninterrupted water, mountain and country views from the deck and several rooms. Sunsets can be amazing too and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath! The home is very conveniently positioned to so many places of activity and interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside AdventuresWaikato, The Boatshed Kayaks, Red Barn and Boatshed wedding venues Bedrooms and lounge are generous in size, with a conservatory and the deck to add to that space. As well as a shower there's a deep bath to soak and relax in too AND there's a bath outside overlooking the lake. Relax and soak up the view You will have access to the lounge, kitchen, conservatory, deck, garden and very spacious grounds to enjoy Whilst I live here for most of the week I am often away for most of the weekend. At nearby Arapuni village is Rhubarb Cafe and the iconic suspension bridge overlooking the Arapuni Powerhouse(definitely worth a visit).
