Fully equipped cozy private studio with parking

Ideal for your next visit to the canton of Bern. This fully equipped private studio is located very close to the train station, from where Bern can be reached in 17 minutes and Biel/Bienne in under 8 minutes by public transport. Private parking is available across the street. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in walking distance and the compact kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals on your own. The studio is equipped with a double-sized bed, a large closet, a small desk, an easychair to relax and a TV. The compact kitchen offers everything you require to cook a simple meal, brew fresh coffee in the moka pot or heat up something in the small electric oven. The bathroom has a sink with a large mirror over it, a toilet and a shower. You'll also find a hair-dryer and some other toiletries. Fresh towels are also available. The studio is located on the third floor (no elevator) and is all yours. The shared laundry room can be used whenever it is available and has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a rack. Thanks to self check-in you are completely independent. I'm always avaible by Airbnb-message or phone and if needed I can be on site relatively quickly. In case of emergencies and if I would be unavailable, my family lives nearby as well. The studio is located in a medium-sized apartment building in the center of Lyss. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants are located in walking distance. The SBB train station of Lyss is reachable by foot in two minutes, from where it is a 17 minutes train ride to Bern and 8 minutes to Biel/Bienne. Parking is also avaible just across the street and both of Lyss' highway accesses are reachable within minutes goin to Bern or Biel/Bienne which are about 20 and 10 minutes drive away respectively. The studio is located on the third floor - no elevator. Unfortunately there is no balcony. The laundry room is also beeing used by other neigbors, but can be used whenever it is not in use by someone else. The washing machine and tumble dryer are coin-operated (about CHF 1.50 per load each, not included). There are multiple other identical studios in the same building which are also advertised on Airbnb. We are happy to welcome long-time guests as well.
