Our Executive Studio is located in central location (Inner South Canberra)- free parking & internet. A brand new modern studio with separate bedroom, separate laundry, gourmet kitchen and spacious living area located in Canberra’s exclusive inner south parliamentary area. Private entrance, off street parking, large flat screen smart TV and Internet. About the Studio: Located in Griffith opposite a leafy park, the studio is a short scenic walk from the trendy Manuka shops, Manuka stadium (Rugby/AFL/cricket events), restaurants and the Red Hill nature reserve. Perfect for executives and visitors who prefer a peaceful central location to work or explore Canberra. Business executives can make bookings via their Work AirBNb account. Architecturally designed 6 star energy rated and purpose built for comfortable living with modern amenities and appliances. The open plan lounge and kitchen includes Bosch oven, Bosch dishwasher, Bosch induction cooktop, microwave, fridge, dining suite, smart TV and comfy sofa which opens to a small private outdoor area. The laundry includes a washing machine, Condenser cloths dryer, iron, board and separate outdoor clothesline. The bedroom has a brand new queen bed and bathroom for your relaxation. Quality bedding, linen and towels are provided for your comfort. The elegant polished concrete floors have centrally controlled in-floor heating to keep you warm and cosy and an additional reverse cycle system with cooling and heating is also available. Guest Access: The property has separate access and off-street parking. We live in the adjoining property which is located on a corner block. The studio access is from the garage driveway side on the side of house. We won’t see much off each other unless we plan to meet up. Interaction with owners: We will leave you to enjoy your space and check-in via AirBnB messages throughout your stay to make sure you’re comfortable. We love our neighbourhood for many reasons...... opposite open parkland with mature trees......friendly people walking/jogging in the mornings. Convenient location to walk to cafes, Manuka shops, cinema,prestigious schools and public transport. A walk to public transport to the city, parliamentary triangle including tourist locations (i.e. museum and art galleries), Floriade and DFO shopping. Only 10 minutes drive to the airport and close to Monaro Highway (for snow people). Basic Rules of being a guest Strictly no smoking, no pets and no parties. Occupancy is limited to 2 people due to the size of the space. WiFi/Internet Service Any illegal downloads/uploads or inappropriate content viewed through the wifi service will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities. Long-term stay We also cater for the long term stay hence we can provide two sets of sheets and towels etc. if required. We expect that you will carry out the washing of the towels/sheets/pillow covers etc. and also studio cleaning as per your requirements with appliances and utilities provided. Cordless vacuum is also provided for vacuuming needs. We do our best to give you exactly what is shown the photos however occasionally we change the layout of the furniture etc. shown in the photos according to the season. Cleaning We've included cleaning tools and products for you to use if you need them. Our expectations are that you will generally leave the studio in the same condition as you found it, leaving us only to do a bathroom clean, light dust and floor clean of the living spaces and a linen change after your departure. Please wash and put away all dishes or leave them in a wash cycle in the dishwasher and wipe over all surfaces you've used. Cooking Please clean up after yourself and use the externally vented range hood to prevent cooking smells hanging around. Energy Use Please remember to turn the outdoor lights off when you arrive home at night as the block out curtains obscure them if you forget and they annoy the neighbours if left on all night.
