Super nice villa in beautiful nature, also known as "little Italy" among the locals. Located last house on private road and high situated in the terrain with a beautiful view. All modern facilities, large private pool (10x4x1.5) with delicious water. Private, beautiful surroundings, fresh air and no stress. Private pool, lots of terraces, 2 big outside BBQ, original stone owen, luxury in the middle of the nature. The whole property, except private locker's and the wein cealler. Some help can be arranged. There is nothing in town, no shops nothing, except the hotel. But only 12 km., are the town of Igal, where the second best thermal bath in Europe, cheap entrance. In Igal, you find different shop's, crash machine, doctor's and dentist, tankstation, drugstore, café and different restaurant's. No public transport unless 4 daily busses. Lots of free parking places around the property. The area is a "Timepocket" like it was in large parts of western Europe 60-70 years ago. Quietly, the grocer, the butcher drives around several times during the week and sells from their vans, the mailman drives around and when there are letters he uses a post horn, so you know there is something to you. The property is 35 km from Lake Balaton. There are several good wineries in the area. 12 km., from the property there is the second best thermal bath in Europe in the city of Igal - besides thermal baths there is plenty of opportunity, many forms of massage, manicure, pedicure - wellness in top class for very little money.
