Amaroo Luxury apartment, sea views & heated pool

Amaroo is an architect designed home situated in Singleton WA. You will have exclusive use of the self contained apartment which is part of our home. Your comfort is paramount and we will endeavor to to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Singleton has a large quiet beach which is lovely for a stroll or a swim. Alternatively take a 20 minute drive to Mandurah or Rockingham for shops, restaurants and cinemas or inland to the National Parks. At Amaroo you will be sure of a warm welcome. Our home is in an elevated position with beautiful sea views and glorious sunsets. Conveniently located for easy access to Perth (45 mins) , Rockingham and Mandurah are a 20 minute drive away where there is a wide range of shops, restaurants and cinemas. A short drive inland would take you to the Serpentine and Jarradale national parks. There are also several wineries locally and many more attractions in the swan valley. You have exclusive use of the open plan apartment and alfresco with off road parking for 1 car you can come and go as you please with your own entrance. All rooms have ceiling fans and are fully air conditioned. As the pool is shared with the owners we ask that you show consideration is its use. It is only for use by guests not visitors. As the pool is solar heated it is unlikely to be warm in the winter months. We are here to help if needed but respect your privacy and will not intrude unless invited. Singleton is a quiet community with several parks, bakery, general store, fish & chip shop, chinese and beach cafe. Nearest large supermarket is at Secret Harbour (10 mins) Public transport is available within 10 mins walk or there are train stations at Warnbro, Rockingham and Mandurah. The Kwinana freeway access is less than 10 minutes drive for access to Perth or Bunbury. All linen and towels (not for beach use) are provided for the duration of your stay. The rooms will be cleaned and linen changed every 7 days at a time convenient to you. Netflix is also available free of charge. We operate a strict NO SMOKING policy which applies anywhere on the premises. Sorry but the apartment is NOT suitable for quarantine.
