Historic House with rustic and cosy Apartment

The old Chalet with the beautiful charme of the typical swiss mountain houses. In the region you will find many kinds of attractions like chair- and bubble lifts to mountains for skiing, trekking, paragliding an a lot of more adventures. The best chocolat-museum in Switzerland is 15 km away and also the lake of gruyére. In Vevey, a very nice village at the lake Geneva in a distance of 50 km is the Chaplin Museum. In case of renovation of the heater, the house is not available till 11th of septembre 2021. We are real sorry for that, but after it will be renewed with new windows, heating and much more luxury. The chalet-like sitting room with tile stove and a extraordinary view to the valley is cosy and comfortable. For enjoying community and rest, for reading or to play parlor games. The kitchen with a dining corner for up to eight persons is also a room where you like to be. In summer, there is also a second dining room (non-heated) with a direct entrance to the garden. And last but not least, in the garden you can enjoy the gazebo under the tree. There are all rooms on the ground floor excluxive avialable for our guests (eather the cellar with tabletennis, tablesoccer and other toys. The appartement on the groundfloor includes: - Entrance with wardrobe - Toilet and Shower - Kitchen and Dining Corner (in summer also a second dining room) - Sitting Room - 1 Bedroom with two beds side by side - 1 Bedroom with a bunk bed, above for 1, below for 2 persons We do not live in the region. It's in one of the unknown beauty of switzerland, the alps of fribourg. With mountains and alps all around, especcially for hiker, biker and motobiker. In winter you will find all kind of wintersports around, in summer the lake of gruyere and the lake of geneva where very near. We have parking place for one car 50m away from the house and some more around 150m away. Also 100m away you will find the next Bus-Stop "Zur Eich". A handfull of days per year, there will be the shooting range in the near in use. And in the garden you will hear a little bit of the noise from the street above the house.
