This room is on ground level, overlooking the backwaters and pool on the other side as seen in photos. Serene Scenic room is a private room located on the ground floor in the property along with other rooms. The room has an attached Toilet cum shower room and is air-conditioned and comes with fresh linens, towels and shower gel, Shampoo just for you. 2 bottles of Filtered water, Tea/ coffee Sachets, kettle replenished daily. Semi furnished with Air-Con, Intercom Fascilities, and a Wardrobe Break fast timing strictly to be maintained. 8.30 - 9.30 a.m. Reading books from the library once taken are to be placed back in place once you finish reading. Please take care of everything at Serene Waters the same way you would like your place to be maintained. Serene Waters, being in the centre of Goa, access to the north/South can be done comfortably. Tickets for Cruise and Hop- on- Hop-off are available here with us. We serve home food. Our place is good for small parties, get together, Re-union, Overnight picnics, etc. we organize it on request for you. Guests can use splash pool, our riverside sit outs, library, Breakfast and parking space. We at Serene Waters are very friendly and has friendly staff. Serene waters is located about 45 metres away from the village (MDR) road and 110 metres from the Panjim - Old Goa National Highway. We are located in a Village, known as Portais Chimbel, in Ribandar and about 2.9kms from the Capital City of Goa, Panjim with lot of Goan locals as neighbours, a little further with beautiful colonised Portuguese Houses and few buildings too. You need to pass few old shabby houses, just before you enter the Main Gate of Serene Waters from the village road. Do not be disappointed or hesitate to enter the lane as these are closed houses and the others are not maintained due to some family matters. If you have a car, please feel free to enter the lane as we have enough parking inside the gate. 1 / 2 minutes walking distance to the local shops and mini supermarkets towards the right once you exit from our road. Famous spots and places to visit: Old Goa, ( Relic of St. Francis Xavier, Cathedrals, etc ) Floating Casinos, Boat Cruises, Dolphin rides, Water sports. island Cruises, Miramar Beach, Dona Paula, Etc. ) all are in the range of 3- 10Kms. Since we are in the centre of Goa, access to north beaches as one day tour and south side the other day is the best option and can be done comfortably and reasonably. We can arrange for private tours at very reasonable rates only for you. Descent Pubs, Restaurants, Goan cuisines, Authentic food, Live Music, Karaoke, etc. can found all in Panjim and around thru out the week. We have local neighbours around and very friendly too. You can let guests know if your listing is close to public transportation (or far from it). You can also mention nearby parking options. Yes, Serene waters is just a 2 minutes away from the national highway NH4A. Local public buses ply every 15 minutes. Cycles, Bikes, Tuk tuk or Cars/Taxi can be hired easily. We have gated parking place in the property. Public Transport is available (110mts ) from Serene Waters. But we suggest everyone to hire a bike or cars or Taxi services as that is convenient compared to public transport services. You can avail bicycle services to go around the village or even to visit Bird Sanctuary and Relic of St. Francis Xavier as it is very close. Guests can catch fish and crabs. Carrom can be provided.
