Bucharest Airport Apartment 2

Are you looking for a nice, quiet and comfortable place to stay when you are visiting Romania or Bucharest, do consider my spacious (36m2) and recently built (2015) one rooms hotel apartment certificated at a 4+ star level. Situated very close (800m) to Otopeni Airport (OTP / Henri Coanda) and at a walking distance to the TAROM Training center and various restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the Waterpark. Also close to the biggest mall with 200+ shops and restaurants and Therme Bucuresti! The Space: My apartment is suitable for 6 persons. You can park your car in my private parking place in a high security parking place with security guards and video surveillance. Parking cost 5 euro per day,the money that will be pay to me directly. Check in and check out can be made pretty much at any time, by making a request 24 hours before and depending of the availability of the apartment. The area is called the 'North Area'. It is one of the most luxury sides of the Bucharest, with everything you may wish very close to you. It is a brand new studio apartment in a 4+ star hotel. It is at walking distance to the airport (15 minutes walk) and that can be a plus, when you need to catch a plane very early in the morning or you arrive late in the night, and don't want to take a regular taxi, Uber or the public express line bus. It perfect for holidays, the biggest spa center of Europe 'Bucharest Therme' (Therme Bucuresti) is just 5 minutes driving. It perfect for business trips too, most of the business offices are here in the North Area and the biggest exhibition center ROMEXPO. All items in the apartment are brand new and all are high quality. It is a very quiet place, surrounded by a lot of green places, it is nice to walk and relax. All the facilities of the the hotel can be used for an additional fee, and they are: Swimming pool, sauna, Romanian restaurant, international restaurant, American pub, tennis court, football field, hair dresser, massage, manicure, spa, breakfast buffet, bar! The surroundings: A shop with food and drinks that is open 24 hours a day / 7 days a week at only 2 minutes walking distance, a huge supermarket at about 3 minutes drive (or 10 minutes walk) open 24/7. The Zoo is 5 minutes by car and it is the biggest in the country, it is pretty nice. The Therme Bucuresti (a kind of tropical island from Berlin) is really impressive and only 5 minutes away by car (4 km). The Baneasa Shopping Center a huge shopping mall, looks a little bit like the malls in the US, with over 200 famous shops and restaurants all over the world! The water park is opened in the summer season is a delight for the little ones and it really is at a walking distance,.The water park have 40.000m2. I like baby's and children's and I enjoy having them as my little guest's. It a apartment that feel's like home and it situated in one of the most safe area in the city. Guest Access: My guest have access to all the apartment and all the items inside the apartment. From the airport and to the airport you can easily take the express line bus number 783, which is operated 24 hours a day, the taxi, Uber or just walk. To and from the city center you may take the same bus, witch can reach the Bucharest city center within 15 - 30 minutes ride, of course depending on the traffic intensity. The price of a single ticket is less than € 1. The buses that go around the country and the high way for trips to Brasov, Bran and Dracula Castel can be reached just across the street. Full breakfast buffet cost € 10 per person in the hotel and it is very high quality that can be find in any 4 star's hotel. Check in and check out is possible pretty much at any time by making a special request depending of the availability of the apartment. I like to interact with my guests very much, I guess this is why I have chosen to do this. I love to travel, so I know how it feels to be pretty much on the road landed in a foreign country and need help or guidance, when I don't speak the language and don't know anybody over there. The Neighbourhood: Airport Bucharest Otopeni (OTP / 'Henri Coanda') and Airport Bucharest Baneasa (BBU / 'Aurel Vlaicu'), Huge Shopping Centers (Baneasa Shopping Mall, having over 200 famous brands shops, cafes, food courts and restaurants from all over the world), Zoo, Herastrau City Park, Supermarkets, Mini-Markets, Therme Bucharest (that is pretty much like the tropical paradise in Berlin), Famous Brands outlet shops, Pubs, Restaurants, Swimming Pool and Gym. All of the location above are very close just few minutes away from my place. Getting Around: The express buss stop 783 it almost in front of the apartment, only few minutes walk. From here you can travel 24 hours a day with the express bus 783 to Airport Bucharest Otopeni and from Airport Bucharest Otopeni, Airport Bucharest Baneasa and Bucharest City Center on a regular basis. When you prefer to travel by car, you can park your car at my apartment easily for an additional fee of € 5 per day in a high security parking place with security guards and video surveillance. The nearest supermarket is within 2 minutes walking distance and is opened 24 hours 7 days a week! Old City of Bucharest is only 15 minutes away by car and 30 minutes with express bus 783. Romania's electrical current is 230 V; 50 cycles and sockets take the standard continental European dual round-pronged plugs. A plug adaptor is required for non-European appliances. Please remember that simple adapters do not convert voltage or frequency. A power converter is necessary for your own appliances requiring 110 V.
