Victorian 2 bed house in Tunbridge Wells

Welcome to the beautiful Tunbridge Wells. This victorian semi detached house is part of a lovely row of 1900 era houses that are adjacent to a beautiful park with views and walks across the countryside and beyond. 15-20 minute walk from Tunbridge Wells station and 5min walk to Dunorlan Park make this a perfect little get away. Guests can use 2 king size bedrooms, bathroom, dining room which also contains an office alcove, kitchen and living room. There is also a good size private garden for you to enjoy. There will be one small bedroom locked as well as the garden shed which are not for guest use. Guests will have access to the majority of the property. As I live here when not rented there is one small bedroom which will be locked as it contain my personal belongings. All other areas of the house are free for guests to enjoy. In the current climate the stay will be contactless with entry via a key safe. I am available by phone or email and am usually close enough to lend a hand should any emergencies arise. Sandwiched between 2 lovely parks and a short stroll to the beautiful historic town of Tunbridge Wells it is the perfect destination if you want a slice of town but a quiet and calm location. If you don’t have a car there is a great bus service from the end of the road. Tunbridge wells station is a 15-20 minute walk or there are always taxis waiting at the station should you not know the way! This is an old victorian house so despite the heating it can be quite cold. So light the fire and cosy up with a blanket.
