Welcome to your home! We will be more then happy to host you and help you settle :) We have spacious two room apartment located in a peaceful and quiet family area close to the city center and MDH University. You will have apartment for yourself (family) so long term rentals (few months and more) are very welcome. There is a private, fully equipped newly renovated bedroom, a specious and newly renovated leaving room with a balcony, bathroom with washing machine and old fashioned homy kitchen. We have nice, spacious and cozy two room apartment located in peaceful and quite family area 20 min walk to MDH University and 10 min biking to city. Bedroom, leaving room, and hallway are newly renovated while kitchen and bathroom are fresh and equipped. Baking is the best way to travel around since it only takes around 7 min to MDH University and 10 min to the city center. Walking to the the University takes around 15-20 min while walking to city takes around 25-30 min. There are 2 bus options: Number 21 stations are 2 min walk from the building and number 5 stations are around 5 min walk. Free parking is in front and around of the building. We will be more then happy to suggest nice locations in the city and show you around. We are an international couple, we love to meet new people, travel and explore new cultures. My boyfriend, Martin, is studying his last year of Master studies in Sociology and his is also big Marvel and Lego fan while I am young working professional in the area of IT and Industrial Software Engineering. The apartment is located in Gideonsberg area, 300 m from Stenby Centrum where we have stores like COOP grocery store, Pharmacy, Dollar Store, Gym, Climbing and Paddle Center, etc. Around the building are Pizzeria, Pub, and Beauty salons etc. Apartment looks at the nice park with duck pond that goes towards the ICA Ethan and the city centar. MDH University and city center are very close and it takes around 7-10 min biking. The area is around 2,5 km from the city center and 1,5 km From MDH University. It is easy accessible by bike (5-10 min) and by bus numbers 21 and 5 that are going next to the University through the main street Storagatan and through Main bus station/ Train station ( 3 station to the University, 5 to the City Center and 7 to the Train Station). It has very easy access to the highway.
