Villa Rosy, an ancient stone farmhouse restored to its original beauty in the second half of the 19th century, sits amidst a 20 acres olive grove in the gentle hills of Mount Subasio, only 3 Km from Assisi. The enchanting view of the underneath valley stretches from Montefalco to and beyond Torgiano. Our guests can enjoy our swimming pool (5x10m.) provided with shower and sun loungers - a solarium from where you will view unforgettable sunsets, a herbs and vegetable garden, and an orchard where the most typical produce is grown. Rivotorto, the closest village, is only 900 m away from the Villa. There you will easily find all the basic services you may need – bars, restaurant, bank, bakery, patisserie, fishmonger, supermarket, newsagent, petrol station, as well as a riding centre offering horse walks in the Natural Park of Mount Subasio and a paragliding school.
