This house is full of character and meticulously renovated to reveal the original stone walls and the wooden beams and centuries old terracotta tiled floors . You will enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a 180 degree view of the valley below and the mountains above and it will simply take your breath away and make your stay feel special and unique. The second bedroom is in the loft above with double doors which open out to the most spectacular view of the surrounding Aurunci Mountains. As this house is located in the oldest and highest part of this hilltop town it is only recommended to those who can take a short walk up and down the cobbled stone steps. Lenola is the small hilltop town of choice for people from the big cities as it has a unique park and amusement area for nightly entertainment with the cool night breezes coming in from the sea and during the day it is only a 30 minute drive to the beaches of Sperlonga, one of the top 10 beach towns in Italy. People who visit Lenola never want to leave and return year after year for its sheer beauty, relaxed atmosphere, excellent restaurants and crystal clean air and the surrounding green environment of its majestic mountains. The town is serviced by the local Cotral buses which run regularly during the day with connections at the railway station where you can take a trip to Rome, Naples or other towns along the southern Lazio coast. Not suited to those who have mobility issues as there are stairs both inside the home and also cobbled stone steps to access the town centre.
