Ground Floor: Mini Pool, Open space for parties, conferences, or just chilling. First Floor: 2 Large Bedrooms with bath, Open Kitchen, Dining, and Living Space Second Floor: 3 Large Bedrooms, Worship Area, Lounge Area. Terrace- Two Levels of Terrace Guests have access to the whole property. Pool availability is subject to weather. We are always available on chat/call. If needed we can come in-person at the property. Adjacent to a forest (don't worry there are no wild animals only pretty birds). Feels away from the city while being 6Kms from Rajpur road. Great views of the Shivalik Range and Mussoorie. •The prices mentioned include breakfast for the number of guests selected. Complimentary breakfast will only be provided from the set menu. Any alterations or additions will be chargeable. • All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. Please check food options. •Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability. • There are additional security charges for parties. It depends on the nature of the event. •Pool charges are Rs. 1,500. We drain the water, get the pool cleaned and refilled after every booking. •Pet Charges are Rs. 1,500 per day per pet and refundable security amount of Rs. 3000 (Discounts for long-term bookings). •Pets are allowed everywhere except in the bedrooms and the worship area. •Smoking is allowed in the common areas and in balconies but NOT in the rooms. •There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area. •Only 2 extra mattresses (with bedding) will be provided in case of bookings for 10+ people. If mattresses are required for booking with below 10 guests, extra charges are applicable per mattress. •One smart TV can be arranged if the guest requests in advance. TV will not be provided for bookings done for parties/events. Guests are liable for full replacement or full MRP in case of any damages. •Amenities like Hair Dryer, BBQ, Portable Heater will only be provided if notified in advance and will be chargeable.
