Yorkshire Farmhouse Far From The Madding Crowd
New! Beautiful 300-year-old farmhouse completely refurbished, ideal for families or couples. This large, luxurious semi-detached cottage on the edge of a conservation village has a 120ft private garden in a stunning setting. Original oak beams, tranquil rural views from every window, dog-friendly village pub, walking/biking from the door & great golf courses, it's the perfect place to chill out, explore the picturesque local countryside or visit Yorkshire’s nearby highlights. The 5 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests. There’s a bedroom & shower room with toilet on the ground floor, suitable for one elderly or infirm guest (sadly, the centuries-old doorways are too narrow for wheelchairs). Large well-equipped kitchen with original Yorkstone-flagged floor, oak beams, oak units, Carrera quartz worktops, Rangemaster Nexus range cooker, table & chairs, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave & Nespresso coffee maker. The cosy lounge is the perfect place to chill out with a glass of wine & book, favourite TV programme or family game.
