Smoking (and vaping) indoors are also strictly prohibited. Smoking will only be allowed at the terrace. Please remove your shoes before entering the apartment. Monthly water, electricity and gas bills will be free, up to $100. There has been no guests so far who needed to pay extra charges for the bills, but this is to inform you in advance for any unexpected cases. Please turn off all electric appliances and floor heater when leaving the house. Before checking out, please ensure that everything is in order, separate the garbage and do the dishes. In the case where the apartment is seriously dirty, extra cleaning charges would be applied. Please throw the feminine products and toilet paper in the waste bin instead of the toilet.
